UserCentrico provides rapid user research services to help small teams conceptualise and craft new digital services. Methods we use include: stratified-purposive sampling, semi-structured interviewing, user shadowing and participant observation, user segmentation and profiling, user needs analysis and user story writing, user journey mapping, co-creation workshops, guerrilla and lab usability testing, and web analytics.
